Respect at Universities

The workshop Respect at Universities is a practically focused interactive workshop led by experts from Konsent. They will explain what can be considered sexual harassment and gender-based violence from both the university staff and fellow students. The aim of the workshop is to provide students with information and tools that will help to combat sexual harassment and gender-based violence on academic grounds.

During the workshop, you will explore the definitions of sexual harassment and gender-based violence, discuss what to do if you witness such behavior, who to turn to if you have been victimized yourselves, and, most importantly, you will learn how to treat each other with respect. You will also have a chance to try out model situations, learn practical information from the Czech Republic and abroad, and share our stances and opinions so that you all leave a little more prepared to not be a part of the problem.
