The deputies of the National Library of the CR and the copyright collecting society DILIA have agreed today to make the Digital Library of the NL temporarily (during the emergency state) available to university students and lecturers.

By the appointment of Professor Klusáková from the Institute of World History, CUFA, the Academy has recognized her exceptional scientific merit. The decision of her appointment took place in April 2019, but Professor Klusáková has received it last week. The greatest scientific and academic society in Finland has over 500 members and new candidates are appointed solely by the present members.

She has been awarded the prize for young researchers for the article „The Ideal of Virtuous Society and People on the Edge in the People’s Democratic Czechoslovakia in 1945-1960.“ The committee has appreciated the current and innovative topic of the article, the work with sources, the colourfulness of the used materials, and the readability of the text.
