- Invitation letter from the foreign partner
- Consent to the processing of personal data
- Justification for multiple stays

Call for Papers: Academic Book Project “Us and Them”
Based on the HGGS Summer Forum 2025: “Us and Them” organized by the Heidelberg Graduate School for the Humanities and Social Sciences a collaborative book project has been launched.
Academic paper submissions by PhD candidates, researchers, and academics across all fields of study are encouraged, regardless of whether they participated in the conference.
The main focus on the dichotomy of the concepts of “Us” and “Them” and how it can shape social, cultural and political boundaries.
