Support for internationalisation activities organised by Faculty employees
A call for funding applications for the following types of activities taking place in April–November 2026:
- conference trips abroad for Faculty of Arts academics
- participation of plenary speakers from abroad in conferences organised or co-organised by Faculty of Arts, and other visits of international academics to the Faculty of Arts for teaching purposes (outside the framework of existing contractual cooperation)

Announcement of the CENTRAL Workshops 2026/2027 Call for Project Proposals. The call has been published on the CENTRAL Network website.
- The call is open to all academic disciplines.
- CENTRAL Workshops support networking and collaboration among researchers with the aim of initiating new partnerships or strengthening existing ones.
- Each project team must include research groups from at least three CENTRAL universities.
- Supported activities: 1–2 workshops (each lasting 2–3 days).
- Project implementation period: 1 September 2026 – 31 August 2027.
Applications can be submitted via the online form available on the CENTRAL Network website by 31 March 2026 and sent to central-network@cuni.cz.
University of St Andrews – Global Fellowship Scheme
- Global Fellows will be expected to engage online with students and staff throughout the 2026/2027 academic year.
- Global Fellows will participate in one visit of up to four weeks between 1 August 2026 and 31 July 2027.
- The University provides all Global Fellows with:
- tailored travel and visit support provided by the University’s Global Office
- A stipend of £1000 per 28 day visit willbe awarded
Applicants should send a completed Global Fellowship application form and their academic CV by 17:00 (GMT) on 2 March 2026.
