In June 2015, the Czech Institute of Egyptology organizes the already fourth international conference on Abusir and Saqqara area. The conference aims to cover all principal fields of Egyptology connected to relevant aspects of the history, archaeology, environmental features, philology, art history, religion and other related subjects concerning the pyramid fields and cemeteries of Abusir and Saqqara and their adjacent areas.
