The two-year project was launched at the end of November by partners Inalco University in Paris (the main coordinator of the project and organiser of the meeting), Taras Shevchenko State University of Kyiv, Charles University, and University of Warsaw. The Faculty of Arts, Charles University, was represented by Dr Stanislav Tumis and student Nazarii Deineka.

An Anthology Commemorating the December Tragedy at CU FA Is Published
The book Antologie 21/12/23 Anthology includes texts by the members of the academia at CU FA, relating to the mass shooting at CU FA on 21 December 2023. The anthology is dedicated to the cherished memory of the 14 victims, and it hopes to console the 25 wounded and all others affected. The book is freely available on the website of the Faculty of Arts Press.

A unique message about healing
The tragedy that took place at CU FA last December changed the university and the whole of society to the core, causing unfathomable pain and suffering for those who lost loved ones. But it also provoked a wave of solidarity and kindness. Director Markéta Oddfish Nešlehová, a graduate of CU, made a documentary about the healing process to air on 21 December 2024.
Elections to the Academic Curia of the Academic Senate of CU FA Are Repeated
Due to a procedural problem, the Electoral Commission suspended and cancelled the ongoing elections to the Academic Curia of the Academic Senate of CU FA on Thursday morning, 5 December 2024. The new election will take place from Wednesday, 11 December (10:00 am), to Friday, 13 December 2024 (5:00 pm). The elections to the Student Curia remain unchanged.
