For stays in the 2025-26 academic year, it is necessary to submit an application for the 2026-27 academic year and contact us at erasmusout@ff.cuni.cz to have it transferred to the current year.
Before the mobility
Learning Agreement
Create an application (Learning Agreement) and let us know so that we can confirm it (at erasmusout@ff.cuni.cz).
In the application in Webapps, fill in only the name of the program and the number of credits you will earn for it (at least 3 ECTS) in the study plan (in both parts).
The link to the study plan must be filled in with the website of the receiving university.
The entire application must be completed and as soon as it is in the “ready to print” status, let us know again and we will send you the application with our signature. Sign it on your side and send it to the coordinator abroad for his final signature. Send the application signed by all parties back to us.
Request a letter of acceptance from the foreign university and send it to us as well.
After sending the documents, the European Office of the Rector’s Office will issue a participant agreement and ask you to sign it.
After the mobility
After returning from the BIP, please send us the original Confirmation of Erasmus Period (or the copy that must be sent by the coordinator abroad to erasmusout@ff.cuni.cz CC erasmus.outgoing@ruk.cuni.cz) and the BIP Certificate (you will receive this at the receiving university, it does not have to be the original).
Green Erasmus
If you traveled to your destination using eco-friendly transportation and therefore received a Green Erasmus grant in addition to your scholarship, please send your tickets to erasmus.outgoing@ruk.cuni.cz.
