Reservations and preparation

Users are required to reserve a time slot for an online lecture at least 24 hours in advance.

For technical preparation of an ONLINE lecture, it is necessary to allow approximately 15 minutes before the start of the lecture. In the case of STREAMING, 60 minutes.

  • Filming and recording AV material
  • Streaming of events and lectures
  • Photography (conferences, portraits, etc.)
  • Processing and digitization of AV materials
  • Training in the use of classrooms and technology
  • Graphic design
  • Creating technical instructions for classrooms
  • Provision of warranty and post-warranty service for AV equipment
  • Setting up and managing Apple devices (Mac OS, iOS)
  • Digitization of analog media (VHS, cassettes)
  • Audio recording editing (noise removal, improvement of speech clarity, etc.)
  • Video editing (cutting, adding presentations, format conversion)

You can place HW/SW orders in the form of requests here.

Hardware (over CZK 3,000) and software orders are always placed in cooperation with LVT via the “LVT – computer technology” commodity.

A brief manual can be found here, and employees can find more detailed instructions on the LVT intranetu under the tab Purchasing and Disposal of Hardware and Software. Students can request LVT instructions by email.
