Second World War and foreigners in the Nordics

The summer seminar is an interdisciplinary platform for teachers and advanced students in Scandinavian studies and history to gain knowledge about the Second World War and post-war developments. Emphasis will be placed on the forced migration of foreigners in the Nordic countries during the war and post-war memories, including representation in literary works.
The five-day seminar will bring experts from 12 Northern and Central European universities.The lectures will be held in Scandinavian languages.
