Identities and Law: How the Law Shapes the Senses of Belonging

How does the law shape, support, or suppress identity in today’s diverse and increasingly polarized societies? And how can one teach these incredibly sensitive and political topics in today’s world? These questions will guide our discussions during our two-day conference in Prague. The conference aims to do so in a comparative, transnational manner and invites participants from all relevant academic disciplines, e.g. law, psychology, sociology, political sciences, or history.
