Office hours in July and August

Tuesday: 9 am – 12 noon (inluding Klára Kordíková)

Thursday: 2 pm – 4 pm

The office hours of the officer Klára Kordíková are cancelled from 7 – 23 July.

 

Regarding the current situation, the office operates in a regime of rotating team, therefore, it is possible that you may not find your office present in the opening hours. The officers are mutually substitutable, however, if need to discuss something directly with your officer, we are available on our emails for you.

In relation to the current development, please, thoroughly reconsider whether your visit of the Student Affairs Office is necessary. If you believe it is, please, write an email to your officer an outline of your request and then arrange possible solutions and, if need be, visit the Student Affairs Office during office hours (Tuesday 9 am – 12 noon, Thursday 2 pm – 4 pm). We truly believe that by following this process, you would not have to spend more time at the Faculty than is necessary.

The measures currently in force forbid personal consultations, therefore, the consultation of Dr Pazlarová, Vice-Dean for Study Affairs, are cancelled in the usual form. If you wish to consult something with the Vice-Dean, please, send an email at jan.broz@ff.cuni.cz to arrange a remote consultation.
