The public sport event and charity run takes place on 27 September at the running track at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University. Free entry to the main relay race and the accompanying programme.
This informal event offers all students and staff members a possibility to meet in a friendly atmosphere. The charity relay run is the main programme where the participants will run the distance between Kiev and Brussels to express the support for Ukraine to be more integrated in Europe. In addition to the relay run, you can enjoy other sports activities.
To get some inspiration, you can check our video of a similar event organised in March 2022. Just a few weeks after Russian invasion of Ukraine we were able to organise a public charity event. Our aim was to raise funds and to express our willingness to help. Almost 300 people took part in our relay race and collectively we were able to reach the distance Prague – Kiev.
