The Center for Gender Studies, Faculty of Arts, has announced a competition for MA and PhD students in honour of the late sociologist Jiřina Šiklová. Students are invited to submit articles (15-25 standard pages, in Czech or English) which apply methodological approaches of gender / queer / LGBT+ studies. Selected articles will be recommended to Czech academic journals for peer reviews. Articles with abstracts can be submitted during the course of the whole 2021/22 academic year, but no later than 20 May 2022, to gender (at) ff.cuni.cz.
