American Jesuit university Boston College invites an eminent foreign theologian to be part of their academic community each year. The theologian’s task is to present to students and the general public the biggest theological challenges of their continent of origin. This year, the Boston’s Duffy Chair in Global Christianity will be occupied by Prof. Tomáš Halík from the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University.
